The Sesame Almond Sourdough, a unique 'loaf' (Kastenbrot), is a delightful blend of aprox. 50% rye sourdough and 50% stoneground whole grain. This special combination gives the bread a super soft and moist texture. Infused with (a lot of) sesame, linseed and whole almonds, it offers a rich and nutty flavor, enhanced when toasted as the oils crisp up beautifully!
