This full cream water buffalo mozzarella is crafted by their cheesemaker using only the finest quality milk from their own herd of water buffalo. Each mozzarella ball is stretched and shaped using traditional techniques, resulting in a soft and delicate cheese with an intense, creamy flavour. Serve on Neapolitan-style pizza or use in a tomato salad topped with olive oil.
